First, let me congratulate you for visiting this website.
The very fact that you are here, shows that you are a gem of a person, with a good heart, and who loves and values the wellness of the society.
And Almighty loves you for being the person that you are.
We at PPF, value the growth of society, over our own personal interests. We are a group of professionals, who are involved in a varied type of professions. Some of us are lawyers, doctors, engineers, government officials. Some are businesspersons having different professional interests. Some of us, like myself, are retired person, who want to see the development of the society as a whole and help the less privileged and less endowed individuals of the society for helping themselves.
Just like a machine cannot operate fully, if all its moving parts are not in order, similarly, a society cannot function in the best possible way, until and unless all the individuals of the society are safe, secure and healthy. Unfortunately, our society has a great divide in itself, maybe it is because of just the way a society is made up of, or maybe because of the way our government functions, or maybe because of religion and other social segregations. Or it may be because of the way we, the people, think and operate.
Not to be philosophical, but until the entire society is healthy and well equipped, we the members of the society cannot be happy. Therein, lies the core philosophy of PPF and all our members.
We have started out in a small way, and trying to help heal the society, in whatever way we can. Be it small measures like distributing blankets and food or sponsoring the education of the children of less privileged parents at well-known universities like the Aligarh Muslim University, JNU, Delhi University or in any professional colleges and institutions in North East.
The task before us is gigantic, and we are trying to make each small step count. In this direction, I call upon you, the reader of this message, to support us in any way you can, be it financially, or by providing materials for distribution, or even by proving us encouragement through your kind words and by promoting us and spreading word about us.
Each of us can make minute adjustments in our lives. If we don’t go out for a fancy dinner, only for one day, or don’t buy the top model of mobile phone, or buy a less pair of jeans and avoid a lavish birthday party for our children, we can help fund the education of one person. With a small contribution of around Rupees 1100 per month you can sponsor the education of some meritorious but economically challenged student.
And that I believe -a very minute sacrifice we can all afford to make, considering the scale of things.
